Hi,  I'm Emma, and I'm a qualified yoga teacher offering classes and workshops between Brighton and Shoreham, as well as online video tutorials.  I have been practising yoga for over fifteen years, and have been teaching for the past three years, after completing 200 hours of teacher training in Bali.​

I believe that yoga can help us to maintain and even improve our physical and mental health, and my objective is to help others to discover how this can be achieved.

Generally my classes incorporate a balance of slow vinyasa flow and yin yoga.  By moving slowly and holding poses for a little longer, we allow time for the muscles to release tension and lengthen, and also to check that we are practising with safe alignment.
